Jan-Marc is an engineer who spent 11 years working for an international engineering business in leadership roles across a range of functions. He is hugely experienced in supply chain management and engineering processes, and business systems.

Rob is a vastly experienced time served engineer with over 40 years spent in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
During his 20 years with a large Aerospace focused engineering group he held various Directorship positions but largely focussed on sales and business development.
